Shipping & Returns

We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders containing in-stock décor and apparel items will typically ship within 5-8 business days (excluding holidays). Please allow 2-4 weeks for large furniture and art pieces to be shipped and delivered via white glove. 

All vintage items are final sale. Each piece is hand-selected for its character, patina, and timeworn charm—imperfections are part of what makes them special. We encourage you to review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific item, our team is happy to assist prior to checkout.

We kindly ask that you confirm all furniture measurements before placing your order, including the dimensions of doorways, stairwells, elevators, and any other entry points. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the piece can be delivered and placed in your home.

Upon delivery, all items must be thoroughly inspected. A bill of lading will be presented and must be signed to confirm the order has been received in good condition. Please note any damages directly on the bill of lading and report them to us within 24 hours of delivery.

While rare, damages or defects can occasionally occur in transit. We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon delivery—especially if they’re being sent to a receiving warehouse. If you notice any damage or believe an item is defective, please express your concern on the bill of lading and take photos of the damage(s) at delivery. Please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery if you have a new claim. Claims submitted after this window may be subject to review and are not guaranteed.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships. Please note: Molly Kidd Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.

We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment providers. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be received before an order is shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
