FULL SPEED
We kicked off the month by officially unveiling our Willamette project — introducing the completed photography across our portfolio and social platforms.
Installation days will always hold a special place in my heart — the final layers placed, the florals clipped just so, the feeling when everything settles into itself. But a photo reveal carries a different kind of resonance. Sharing it with the world means the design becomes distilled. The composition sharpens. The negative space speaks. Releasing the images felt like revisiting the project with fresh eyes — slower, more intentional — allowing each room to articulate its own narrative. Not just how it looked, but how it lived.

Bringing a project to life online is its own kind of celebration (we currently have 10 in the making)! After months of collaboration, sourcing, problem-solving, and refining, being able to finally share it publicly feels both vulnerable and exciting. The response was so meaningful, and it reminded me how powerful it is to pause and honor the finished work before moving on to the next thing. Such a special way to begin the month.

Week two took me to Florida to check in on a project that is making beautiful progress. Walking a space mid-construction will always energize me — when the vision starts becoming tangible and you can see proportions, architectural details, and materials interacting in real time.
There’s a rhythm to site visits: conversations with the builder, reviewing custom elements, standing in a space and mentally layering what comes next. It’s less glamorous than a finished reveal, but just as important. And the shift in landscape and light never goes unnoticed. Florida’s softness and warmth are such a contrast to the Pacific Northwest this time of year — a refreshing creative reset.
The third week brought a quick trip to LA — a blend of R&R and a meeting with an incredible potential client.

Los Angeles always feels expansive creatively. The architecture, the energy, the way design shows up differently there — it sparks something every time.
The meeting itself left me inspired. Aligned vision, thoughtful conversation, big ideas. Those early conversations hold so much possibility, and they’re a reminder that the most beautiful projects always begin with connection.
We closed out February with our Vegas portfolio reveal — another moment to celebrate completed work and share it in a refined, intentional way.
Documenting and presenting our projects is something I value deeply. It’s not just about beautiful images; it’s about honoring the process and the collaboration behind them.
At the same time, we’ve been finalizing details for our team retreat this week in Laguna Beach. Carving out space to step away, refine our systems, and dream bigger together feels especially important right now. Growth happens in those intentional pauses.

Speaking of pauses, let's take one for some recent finds..

February felt layered, creative, and full of forward motion. From launching Willamette online to Florida progress, LA meetings, and a Vegas reveal, it was a month that reminded me how much I love the rhythm of this work.
The months always fly — but when they’re filled with meaningful milestones and aligned opportunities, that pace feels energizing.
March, we’re ready.
